Are you interested in joining us for our 6th year in 2025? We're seeking unique and extraordinary traders to enhance our event. Whether you're a local or from farther a field, we'd love to have you at the Druridge Bay Festival next September. Trade applications will be open later this year.
Trade details
- Payment is not required at the time of booking, payment reminders will be sent prior to the event, it is best to pay as soon as possible to confirm your place. You will not be allowed to trade with no payment before arrival
- All trade bookings are for Friday and Saturday
- Your pitch must include your camping space, please book appropriately. Pitches are 10 metres deep.
- All plots are outside and on grass
- Marquees or tables are not provided
- Electricity MUST be purchased in advance at the time of booking
Trade Rules
These are here for the safety of our show visitors and other traders. There are no exceptions to any of these rules
Generators are NOT allowed on site.
Liability insurance documentation must be ready for inspection, proof will be asked prior to the event.
No noise after 12am
No glass bottles or drinking glasses
You must bring the appropriate cover for all weather conditions.
Banned items
Silly string, air horns, stink bombs, legal highs, fireworks, fun snaps throw bangers, Chinese lanterns, vapes, legal highs and laser pens are prohibited.
